HAROLD "Dusty" SPRINGSTON   (Deceased)

Born in 1900 in Peoria, Illinois, he moved to Las Vegas in 1940.   Dusty was part owner of the 36 lane Las Vegas Bowl from the time it opened in 1955, until it was closed in the late '60's.  Also, at one time he was the owner of Boulder Bowl.  He was always a great sponsor of bowling teams around the city for many years.  He was also instrumental in the founding of the Nevada State Bowling Association.
