Born at Camp La Junne, California in 1947, Bob has been bowling since he was old enough to carry a ball. In his junior years he was a member of the California State Championship Team and remained active in bowling while attending Junior College. His bowling activity was somewhat curtailed when he joined the Air Force, but he picked it up again in the early seventies and has continued in the sport ever since; particularly since moving to Las Vegas. As of his induction, Bob had four sanctioned 800's, his highest is 825. He has eight sanctioned 300's including two in 1985, and two again in 1987. He has shot over 700 over 200 times. He has consistently maintained an average over 200 with a high of 219 in 1984. A past member of the PBA, he remains active in the sport and maintains a keen interest in the forming of leagues, including serving terms of office as league President, Vice President, and Secretary/Treasurer.
