MIKE FOREMAN

Mike was born in Chicago, Illinois, in July of 1948, and has lived in Las Vegas for the past 38 years.  He's been a member of the ABC and the SNBA for  over 27 years.  An avid bowler, he initially carried an average of 172 in 1966.  Eleven years later, in 1977, he was boasting an average of 210, shot three 700's and a 300; the first one recorded at Charleston Heights Bowl.   Again, in 1977, he was the first SNBA Masters Champion, averaging 252 for six games.  That same summer, he rolled a 248, 258, 299, for his first 800, an 805.   Since that year, Mike has consistently maintained an average over 200.   In 1985, he had the SNBA highest average of 230.  As of his induction, Mike had scored 700 or better over 60 times.   He has two 800 series to his credit, and in 1982, he was the Nevada State All Events Champion with a record score of 2115, including a 300 game, the first one rolled in the State Tournament since 1966.   He also has five sanctioned 300's to his credit.
