Chic has been involved in bowling his entire adult life, and in 1977 he
became a Director on the SNBA Board. In 1982 he became a Vice President, a
position he held for four years. He was elected to Executive Vice President
in 1986, and retained that position for four years. Chic served as House
Representative to Charleston Heights Bowl from 1977 until 1992 when he
stepped down for health reasons.
For years, Chic was responsible for the organization of the Annual
Knights of Columbus Tournament held in Las Vegas each year. The tournament
brought in bowlers from all over Southern California, as well as other parts
of the Southwest.
Truly dedicated to the sport, Chic never lost his interest or enthusiasm
for the game. His Contribution to the sport in Southern Nevada is truly
immeasurable.
