CAROL HARSH

 

Inducted 1997 - Superior Performance

Carol Harsh recorded many exceptional scores and received many awards during her career.  She was the 1992 National 600 Club Champion, winning both Scratch Doubles and Handicap All Events that year.  She was the Classic Doubles champion in the 1995 WIBC Championship Tournament in Tucson, AZ.  Also, in 1995, she bowled a record four game score of 1034 for the Nevada Women's Bowling Association.  She won first place in Doubles and second in Singles in the Nevada Senior Sports Classic VI Nationals in 1996.  Carol has also won 3 gold medals in Nevada Senior Olympics competition.  In 1997, Carol won the gold medal again in both Singles and Doubles of the Huntsman World Senior Games, and was the Nevada State 600 Club Champion.  As of her induction, she has 26 series of 700 or better with a high of 767 and at least 50 games of 250 or more, with a high game of 299.  Carol consistently averaged 200 in her leagues with a high average of 209 in 1996.
