Mabel first became a member of LVWBA in 1961 and, but for a brief absence, has been with them ever since. She has held the offices of LVWBA Director, 2nd Vice President, and Treasurer.   She has served on all of the LVWBA committees except for the Nomination, Awards, and Hall of Fame.  She has been a LVWBA Member Emerita since 1986.  Mabel has held a number of positions on the Nevada State Women's Bowling Association as well as serving on three WIBC committees.  She is a past Utah 600 Club champion who qualified for Nevada in Team USA.  She also claimed six gold medals at the Nevada Senior Games.
