USBC National Convention
According to the provisions of Section A, Article IX of the Nevada State USBC Association Bylaws, we are authorized to send two delegates and two alternates to the USBC Annual Convention which will be held in Arlington, Texas in 2012. These delegates and alternates are elected by plurality vote of those delegates representing adult membership, Youth Delegates, and officers and directors, present and voting at our annual meeting to be held at 09:00 a.m. on July 16, 2011 at the Suncoast Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV.
At present, the amount that is budgeted for reimbursement for this activity is $300 per delegate. Since the activity is in Texas, it is possible that the budget may be adjusted to provide a different amount. However, since the budget for 2011-2012 has not been approved, all applicants must be prepared to spend their own funds. I do believe that some funding will be allocated for this but I have no way of knowing what that might be.
