Elections

The election of officers shall be conducted at a meeting held prior to the distribution of the league awards unless the league’s board decides the election will be held at the league’s organizational meeting. The current officers will remain in place and continue handling league business until the election is held at the league organizational meeting. Officers are elected by a majority of votes cast by the league board of directors unless the league rules allow the membership to elect officers.
