The application submission deadline for consideration for the Southern Nevada USBC Association Hall of Fame is June 1. Applications that meet all eligibility criteria will be voted on in the same month (June) and the induction ceremonies for those elected will be held the following October. All applications are considered for a three year period. The forms noted below contain eligibility information and the application form itself. The forms are fillable. |
